I took my car in for recall service and asked if they would clean it afterwards. The cleaning people ruined the finish on my trim and also around headlights. I was shocked to say the least. Dan and Mg would clean it afterwards. The cleaning people ruined the finish on my trim and also around headlights. I was shocked to say the least. Dan and Mgr were fine. But Dan said they have problems all the time with the cleaners. My question..WHY CONTINUE TO USE THEM?? NOW I HAVE TO HAVE ALL THE PARTS REPLACED! IF it wasn't for that, I would have rated you well. Now I am waiting for who knows how long for this to be resolved. 😡😡😡 More
