Worst experience with Georgette am writing to inform you about an extremely unpleasant experience I had today with your service team. This was my first visit to Lokey Kia and the adv am writing to inform you about an extremely unpleasant experience I had today with your service team. This was my first visit to Lokey Kia and the advisor I worked with was Georgette Halko. I made an appointment over the phone for an inspection and I have a coupon for a complementary diagnostic test from Brandon Kia. When on the phone I asked if my coupons from another dealership can be honored and it was confirmed by the telephone operator. When I arrived at the service area, I again asked Georgette if other coupons from another dealership were honored, specifically stating the one from Brandon Kia, and without hesitation she said “yes”. I waited for 2 hours without being offered a ride when the time she quoted was 90 minutes. After the diagnostic was finished, she rudely explained to me the charges and quickly jumped to the total price for service. I asked her questions about the diagnostics and she repeatedly answered “I don’t know”. She was unprofessional and gave me a condescending tone during the whole experience. When it came time to cash out she would not honor the coupon, escalated her voice, and argued with me in front of all of the advisors and other customers. She went to ask the warranty advisor a question about the coupon and came back stating “I am right”. She was very short and arguable. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, Georgette was more concerned about herself and stated “I need you to pay so that I can pay my guys for labor”. The situation was very uncomfortable and bringing on the attention to other customers and other staff. I felt pressured to pay and I wanted to speak with someone further. After payment, she rushed me out of the service department. I would like to be reimbursed for the charges that multiple service staff, including Georgette, said would be honored. As a loyal Kia customer, I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received today. No one has contacted me in over a week. More

My experience was great on 09/28/19 Getting my car serviced is not my favorite thing to do but Georgette Halko made it very pleasant. She is very efficient and she kept me informed about the progress. She also helped me plan for my next visit letting me know the cost of service not covered in the warranty service. She does an excellent job. My last visit I failed to mention Melissa (one of the girls who moves cars) she does an excellent job and you can tell she loves and cares about her job. More
