Lokey Kia sucks So I bought my Kia on Saturday a turn in lease paid cash car has less then 20000 miles my car was well maintained but the engine light was on so I sc So I bought my Kia on Saturday a turn in lease paid cash car has less then 20000 miles my car was well maintained but the engine light was on so I scheduled it in your service department what a joke I scheduled it for that and an oil change because they threw in free oil changes if I bought it that night the service department fixed nothing no oil change and returns my car sputtering to start says you need a new battery xxxxxxxx just got one a year ago and the couldn’t do anything to my car until I got a battery how do you drive a perfectly good car in and pick up your car worse. In and out I went in for my routine oil change and was promptly greeted at the service desk by name and give a quoted time of one hour. Disappointing overall experience Limited knowledge of vehicle features by salesman and sales staff. We knew more about the vehicle features than staff did. Salesman stated our excellent credit rating would qualify for a very low interest rate. Finance Department stated best rate was over 6.5 percent. We weren't concerned as we intended to pay the balance in full. Pernell stated we would have to keep the loan for 3 months before pre-paying the balance owed without penalty. Final contract stated 6 months. Dealership has never returned numerous phone calls since purchase. More

The service timer was not reset, so it kept saying I was due for service. I never received a call about a recall, and it wasn’t until I scheduled the appointment that I was told. When I asked about my worry of the Kia Souls catching fire, the service person mocked me, instead of properly explaining the situation. I come here for the convenience of being close to home and the included service, and I’ve aleays been very content with the service treatment. Until this last time. More
