I called each day to find out the status. My advisor never called me back. The secretary would go check, and would tell me the next day. I’d call in the afternoon the next day, same story. Still no call from the advisor. Finally after a week of this, I called and was told it was ready. They earlier said I needed a new tire and I said to go ahead and replace. I picked up my car, and as I was driving off, the low tire light came on for the replaced tire. Turned around and took it back. Evidently, the tire sensor on the new tire had gone bad. They replaced it and I came back the next day again to pick it up. Within 24 hours, the new tire sensor was saying the tire was low again. I took it back again. This time, the tire sensor was hitting on the wrong tire. I had a small nail in the rear tire, which they fixed for free. My initial advisor gets a “0” star. The two guys that helped with the tire were helpful and called each time to let me know what was happening and when the car was ready. More

The visit was good The overall visit was good. However the 2 plus hours waiting was not good. The environment and the waiting area was nice. My biggest complaint had to The overall visit was good. My cat was released to me without the lug nuts on the wheel being installed. It could have resulted in a very bad accident. I spoke to Bo about the issue. I also had to purchase new hardware for the pieces that were not installed. I felt for the safety issue I would have been reimbursed immediately as well as maybe the tire repair being refunded. Still have yet to see how this plays out since it was left for when I return. For my next oil change. More

What a nice time I had buying my 2019 Kia Soul I had already made my mind up , as to what I wanted for my trade on a new car & they did not disappoint me.
