We really wanted a Sorento but were learning that we probably would have to buy a Sportage. Our salesman Syd, found a car that we really liked but was more money than we wanted to spend. He worked with us until we were able to do our due diligence that allowed us to see his offer was a fair deal. We have bought from a Lokey dealer before and once again very pleased with the outcome. Bait and Switch This place plays games with pricing. Called about a car I saw online, was given a price and asked what other fees there were, was told there was an $8 This place plays games with pricing. Called about a car I saw online, was given a price and asked what other fees there were, was told there was an $899 dealer fee and that was it. When I arrived, they added on an additional $1609 reconditioning fee. A what? I’ve never seen this type of junk garbage fee ever! This was not disclosed on line or on the phone. When I asked about the fee, he was very combative saying “it’s listed on our website.” This is a deceptive and absolutely ridiculous way to draw people in for the “bait and switch.” This dealership, through this practice give car dealers a bad name. I have purchase through Fuccillo and had a great experience. Stay far away from Lokey! I recommend going to other dealerships that are honest and straightforward. More

Disappointed My most recent visit was the result of a mechanic named Josh, not doing his job a few days prior to my last visit. I am so accustomed to receiving gre My most recent visit was the result of a mechanic named Josh, not doing his job a few days prior to my last visit. I am so accustomed to receiving great service at Lokey KIA, that I hastily gave that visit a great review only to find out that Josh falsely checked off that he had done everything in the all points check off list, when he obviously had not. 2 days after my service date, my dash light alerted me to low tire pressure. I checked Josh's list and it showed "okay" on the list. My tires were dangerously low in pressure. I realized that if Josh didn't have the integrity to do the tire pressure, he probably didn't rotate my tires or any of the other well check items. I called Dave, who is my service guru and he told to bring the car in. Dave took my car as soon as I arrived and I was out the door within 20 minutes. I love Lokey KIA and I love Dave, but I do not like Josh, he is dishonest! More
