It'll be 3 years that I own my soul and I have never had a bad experience in the service department. As a matter of fact all of my experiences have been good. I will admit when I first bought the Kia I was a little apprehensive as I had been going to the big Toyota service center in Pinellas Park. While they were great I just can't say enough good things about Lokey Kia in their service. Lokey Kia service department rocks More

Fantastic Salesmen - Long Wait Time Jermaine at Lokey Kia is an amazing salesman. He took time with us and made sure we got the best deal and the perfect vehicle. Everything perfect except My experience was almost perfect. The oil change was all I came in for and it was completed in less than an hour. There were donuts, coffee water and various snacks. The wifi was easy to access and the time went by very quickly. I would have gave a perfect review except I " forgot" to ask for a car wash. You would think for customer satisfaction this would be a no brainier, but no ..the car wash wansnt completed because I didn't ask for it. Sorry service center this should be automatic..who doesn't want a car wash? P More

Car Service and the quality of a brand new car Service is pretty good from the dealer, manager, but the department that cleans the car is terrible. My car is top model for 2018 but in 6months with Service is pretty good from the dealer, manager, but the department that cleans the car is terrible. My car is top model for 2018 but in 6months with less than 3K mileage, there’s already two issues and KIA have to replace. I’m worried for future problems that will come up with the brand new car. I’m not happy, I’m very worried. More

3rd Service on 2017 KIA Sportage Service Advisor was super & told me what was done to vehicle! Also told me there were two re-calls on the vehicle already that I had not been advised Service Advisor was super & told me what was done to vehicle! Also told me there were two re-calls on the vehicle already that I had not been advised of by KIA thru the mail!! Will have them done when I return from vacation!! Thank you for excellent service! P S Wait time was long!! Had 10:30 AM appointment! Car was not taken in for service til 11:25AM!! Received car at 12:20PM More
