I took my Óptima in to Lokey Kia for a number of issues from an oil change to rear window tint repair. The oil change followed by a car wash was fine, but the other work (driver’s seat fix, rear windshield from an oil change to rear window tint repair. The oil change followed by a car wash was fine, but the other work (driver’s seat fix, rear windshield weather strip repair) could not be done then. Horacio, the service agent, was pleasant and explained what would need to be done before the work could be finished and some coordination with vendors would be needed. I’m still awaiting the phone call to coordinate the final steps, but overall service has been good. More
