The car looked like new. Everyone there was so professional and quick to respond. I had a wreck on vacation and had to go back home and leave my car to repaired. I was inform Everyone there was so professional and quick to respond. I had a wreck on vacation and had to go back home and leave my car to repaired. I was informed of every development that occurred. Steve and Cindy were always on top of things and communicated and worked with me. I can not say enough of how professional they were. I had to fly down to get my car and drive it back home to West Va. from Florida. The car had no issues and I felt safe. It took about three months for the repairs, which was a concern, due to having to rent a car for that length of time. That was expensive and my insurance would only pay for 30 days due to Lokey not being one of their approved repair partners. I was not informed of that until I had returned home. More
