As you would expect from most car dealerships, they’re two faced and don’t care about you or any subsequent problems you may have once they made their commission off of you. I bought my car over a month a two faced and don’t care about you or any subsequent problems you may have once they made their commission off of you. I bought my car over a month ago, they told me that they JUST received the car and have yet to receive the title, and gave me a temporary dealer plate to drive around with. I was told the process of receiving the title should take about a week or 2. I called the gentleman who sold me the car, (Lani) to inquire about the title, he referred me to the finance guy (Kurt) without giving a number to call and told me he’d ask him for me, never got back to me. I reached out to the dealership themselves several days later, gave them the year, make, and model of my car, person referred me to the sales department and told me they’d get back to me, of course they never did. My issue isn’t so much that I haven’t received the title yet, but how hard is it to give someone a simple yes or no answer without playing games with them and making the customer feel like an inconvenience for asking a legitimate question. Overall great service but I needed new batteries in key. Neither key fab had new batteries installed. Which was difficult because the dealership is in Clearwater and I live in Lakeland. I had to keep taking Neither key fab had new batteries installed. Which was difficult because the dealership is in Clearwater and I live in Lakeland. I had to keep taking the key out of the fab and manually open the doors. Jack did take care of me the next time I was in the area but it was kind of a hassle having to go back. The other concern was that when I bought the car(not new, used). I never thought to look and see if there was the key to unlock the tires for repairs. This is the newest car I’ve ever had so I didn’t even know there was such a thing. I should’ve done more research. Anyway, when talking with the salesperson about it, he said they always make sure it’s in the car when selling. Obviously not, because I don’t have one. He told me to come in and they order one for me. For a price! No, I don’t think so. While I’m loving my car, not always happy with the service. They could do better More
