Overall great service but I needed new batteries in key. Neither key fab had new batteries installed. Which was difficult because the dealership is in Clearwater and I live in Lakeland. I had to keep taking Neither key fab had new batteries installed. Which was difficult because the dealership is in Clearwater and I live in Lakeland. I had to keep taking the key out of the fab and manually open the doors. Jack did take care of me the next time I was in the area but it was kind of a hassle having to go back. The other concern was that when I bought the car(not new, used). I never thought to look and see if there was the key to unlock the tires for repairs. This is the newest car I’ve ever had so I didn’t even know there was such a thing. I should’ve done more research. Anyway, when talking with the salesperson about it, he said they always make sure it’s in the car when selling. Obviously not, because I don’t have one. He told me to come in and they order one for me. For a price! No, I don’t think so. While I’m loving my car, not always happy with the service. They could do better More

With the exception of Ms. Luna from the collision department, who was wonderful and very helpful, my experience has not been good. I was told that I was assigned to Mr. Schnit Luna from the collision department, who was wonderful and very helpful, my experience has not been good. I was told that I was assigned to Mr. Schnitzel, who is the most knowledgeable in the service department. He saw that my car was in an accident. He had asked someone to do some diagnosis, which I had to pay $139.00. He blamed everything wrong with the vehicle on the accident. I tried to tell him that the issue on the vehicle not wanting to start every now and then was an issue even BEFORE the accident. He just wouldn't hear me despite me trying to tell him several times. I called the collisions department, and luckily, I was assigned to Ms. Luna, who, as I mentioned, was very helpful through the whole process. I was told that the service department should have directed me to the collisions department as soon as Mr. Schnitzel saw that the vehicle was involved in an accident. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership, which was another expense. The tow driver mistakenly dropped the vehicle in the service department. When collisions wanted to move it to their area, the vehicle would not start. I received a call telling me this, and I explained that starting the vehicle has been an issue. Collisions had the service department fix the problem. The solution to the starting issue is one of the things I was disgusted and very upset about. It turned out that I was sold a vehicle that the battery was dying - on its last stage. Now, why would I be sold a vehicle with a dying battery. It is obvious that it was not inspected bef More
