Thought I bought a new Titan as per the website showed 20 miles on the website and was actually a 1500 mile demo! I didn’t scroll to the odometer until after the sale!!! I thought I could trust them that miles on the website and was actually a 1500 mile demo! I didn’t scroll to the odometer until after the sale!!! I thought I could trust them that it had the stated miles that was on the website !! Also My mistake for not taking the time to look especially when it is a car lot.....The next day the Nissan app notified me of low oil pressure I tried to open the hood and would not open ..When I did get it open it was 2 quarts low on oil!!! So much for them having it serviced and ready to go!!! This is your typical We don’t give a xxxx car lot !! As soon as they get paid you are unimportant!! The main thing they worried about was the survey you fill out from Nissan and me giving them 100 percent .. Once they realized my satisfaction survey was not salvageable they dropped me like a hot potato!! More

Nissan of Clearwater has been my dealership for both of my Pathfinders . Every time I had a question or a problem it was resolved . Making an appointment is definitely a good thing . My rep was a little rude. I asked about android auto since I was already there for an oil change and his response was "I have an iPhone" and "I'm way too busy to figure this out." I would think that all service reps should be knowledgeable in all aspects of Nissan cars. I do not normally complain but this rep was very rude to me. I was actually taken back at how rude he was with me for such a simple request to have some one check out that feature in my car to see if its working right. Anyway, I still appreciate the service department and will continue to come to Lokey Nissan for my needs. More

Got a nail in right rear tire with 4905 miles on new truck, bought at your dealership, that I took in to get fixed. JB always does a great job. Not sure if this is for oil change or follow up because car is driving differently after being there. He said 2 techs drove it and tested and seemingly, no issues.
