It was the first time I dealt with the Lokey dealership I found the sales team on the floor to be very inexperienced and found the sales manager Bruno to be quite competent honest and fair. I felt the process was too drawn out The day I negotiated the car went from 12:30-4:45 The day I picked up the car went from 11am to 2:40pm I think that is ridiculous More

Family dealership! Two of my family members have bought new vehicles at Lokey Nissan. They encouraged me to at least look at the Altima at Lokey. I thought it was out of my budget, and after almost deciding on a Hyundai Sonata, my brother took me to see his Nissan salesperson, Craig London. I initially was looking at 2018 models, but was soon convinced that the 2019's would also be an option. Craig was cordial and accommodating, did not pressure me at all, just tried to understand what I was looking for and the price they had to meet or beat. I test drove the car, found the color I preferred, and best of all, Lokey management was able to give me a great deal within my budget, match the trade-in offer from Hyundai, plus offered 0% financing. The scale quickly tipped toward the Nissan and.... I am very happy with my brand new 2019 Altima! Craig was definitely instrumental in getting the best deal for me. He sincerely wants his clients to be happy, is great at his job, but with no pressure, and is also fun to work with. Car shopping was much easier this time! More
