Phenomenal Service Team! I cannot say enough positive things about the Lokey Nissan Service Team. They are fast, honest and my service is completed within the time quoted. M I cannot say enough positive things about the Lokey Nissan Service Team. They are fast, honest and my service is completed within the time quoted. My vehicle is always cleaner than when I dropped it off and my Service Attendant Kevin looks for any coupons available for my car so I always pay a price lower than expected. This is such a high level of customer service that my next vehicle will be a Nissan purchased at Lokey in Clearwater so I can continue to have the Nissan Service Team. More

To date, I have I purchased 6 cars in total and this was by far the worst experience ever. I contacted my salesman, Miguel Cabrera the morning of my purchase. I made him aware that I would be driving two+ hours to Clearwater from my home in Titusville. I explained that I was coming to purchase the car. Just the week prior, I had visited the dealership and expressed interest in this particular car and was told that work needed to be done on the car prior to it being sold, as per CPO requirements. This was fine with me, because there were noticeable things wrong with the car (i.e., the the sun visor’s glass mirror was broken, there was rust on the passenger side's kickplate, and the car was extremely filthy with trash (food wrappers, drink bottles, and dirt). Miguel did remove the trash from the floor so that I could test drive the car. When I arrived at the dealership to purchase the car, I noticed the car was still in the same condition it was the week prior. I was concerned, so I pointed that out to Miguel. The dealership had 3 hours prior to my arrival to clean the car and make the repairs. I explained that I had only 2 hours that I could spend at the dealership, because of an appointment that I had in Titusville. Miguel said that he would send the car back for repairs and to be cleaned after I signed all of the paperwork. This didn't sit well with me, because it was very clear I was going to purchase the car, and I didn't understand why these things couldn't be done in parallel. Twice while I was working with Miguel, he walked off to help other customers that came to the lot, prolonging my time at the dealership. After being at the dealership for 3 hours, my car still wasn't completed. I raised this issue several times, before the car was given to me. I was warned that they didn't have time to fully detail it, because I needed to leave. This was fine. After receiving the keys and leaving the dealership, everything seamed fine. Halfway home, as the sun was going down, I noticed that none of the lights, including the accent lights worked inside the car, as well as the trunk and the external ground facing lights. I did not have time to turn around, because I was already going to be late for my appointment. The next day, I went to my local Nissan dealership (Pat Fischer Nissan) to let them take a look at the lights and find out what the problem was. Initially I wanted to drive back to Lokey, but I didn’t have faith the dealership would resolve the issue or just blame me for doing something to the car. After spending 20 minutes with the car, Fischer Nissan indicated that the problem was a blown fuse, but they couldn’t understand what would have caused it. They asked about any electrical work that may have occurred inside of the car and I explained Lokey replaced the sun visor on the driver side. They took a look at the mirror and immediately traced the issue to it. Even though there was power to the visor, the visor’s light wasn’t powering on. In other words, the visor was faulty when installed. As a result of this, the dealership had to place an order for a new visor and I now have to take time off of work so that it can be replaced. My issue is that Miguel was adamant, because he checked, that the car underwent a full inspection in order to become certified, and the lights were even checked as in working condition on the CPO paperwork, but they in fact didn’t. I’m really struggling to figure out what I paid for in having it certified, when in fact it was never checked and validated. I took a chance at driving 2+ hours to a dealership that I never heard of, expecting a great service. What I experienced instead was equivalent to going to just another used car dealership that only see dollar signs when consumers enter the lot. I’m worried now about what else I’m going to find wrong with my car, that Lokey may have “fudged” the truth on. Very disappointed, Robert Hubbard More

I’d come back, but service is getting worse I’ve always loved this dealership and service center, but it’s going downhill unfortunately. This last time my oil change appointment took over 3 hour I’ve always loved this dealership and service center, but it’s going downhill unfortunately. This last time my oil change appointment took over 3 hours. I had a slow leak in a tire that they couldn’t fix, told me they were going to replace it and to give them another 1-2 hours, then came back in 20 min saying my car was ready and I would have to come back because they didn’t have a tire. So I had to continue driving around until Monday (this was a Friday) with a leak in my tire, AND had to come back there... I live an hour away. He said he would call me the next day in hopes of getting the tire to the shop sooner, but I didn’t get s call until almost noon on Monday saying the tire was in. Not sure how a shop/dealership that big didn’t have a tire, but whatever. I was already at work by that time on Monday and worked until Thursday. That’s almost a week I had to drive with a tire that I had to stop and fill up with air multiple times a day. I was supposed to be the first appointment on Thursday, got there at 8 am and didn’t leave until after 10. For a tire change I could have done myself. Didn’t get an offer for car wash. The first time I was there for my oil change they washed my car but didn’t vacuum it like they said they would. Never got the 3 “free” tanks of gas that the salesman promised me when I bought my car... and it sounds petty, but since it’s something they brag about... the only thing to drink in the waiting area was coffee and 4 different employees commented on how the water needed to be restocked, but nobody ever did anything about it which was annoying. The service here just isn’t what it used to be, they’re just like any other pushy dealership now which is sad. More
