Great experience I unfortunately needed a new car and one fast. My previous car was in a accident and only had a week for a rental car. Several unclear process My wife and I were looking for a car and there were several times that things were not explained clearly. I had a preapproval and was asked to fill s My wife and I were looking for a car and there were several times that things were not explained clearly. I had a preapproval and was asked to fill some information because my pre-approval did not cover the amount because of the trade-in, which was under valued. It was not clearly explained that they were going to run my credit. I was only asked to fill information on one of their computers. Also, it took them over 16 days to take care of my pay-off resulting in late fees. Over all, I felt that I paid too much for my car and if I had to do everything all over again, I would of walked out at the beginning. More
