I had a preapproval and was asked to fill some information because my pre-approval did not cover the amount because of the trade-in, which was under valued. It was not clearly explained that they were going to run my credit. I was only asked to fill information on one of their computers. Also, it took them over 16 days to take care of my pay-off resulting in late fees. Over all, I felt that I paid too much for my car and if I had to do everything all over again, I would of walked out at the beginning. More

2018 Titan experience Jason Ryndak and Kevin Massey are the reasons why i gave the rating that i did. If it wasnt for these 2 outstanding gentlemen we would of went to Toyo Jason Ryndak and Kevin Massey are the reasons why i gave the rating that i did. If it wasnt for these 2 outstanding gentlemen we would of went to Toyota and bought a Tundra and leased a camery. Dealing with Kevin Massey in the service department in the past with my 2013 Titan I always knew Kevin would do all he can for me if i had any issues with my 2013 Titan. Having Jason Ryndak as my salesmen was a good time and never really felt like i was dealing with your stereotypical "Cars Salesmen". He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was able to answer any questions I had for him. I would recommend him to people looking to buy a vehicle. When a pitcher throws a no-hitter after the game he takes his catcher out to the best restaurant in town and that's what Lokey Nissan management staff should do with Kevin Massey and Jason Ryndak. More

Tinting We HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE OUR CAR TINTED ALL AROUND. Our car was brought in to be worked on at the appointed time. We enjoyed a cup of coffee We HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE OUR CAR TINTED ALL AROUND. Our car was brought in to be worked on at the appointed time. We enjoyed a cup of coffee in the lounge and were also informed about complimentary shuttle service to the nearby mall since we'd have to wait an hour or more. The service called us when the tinting was done and the shuttle came for us quickly. The tinting dept. did a great job and we feel cooler in our car on these hot days! More

Tom was extremely professional and polite, which showed me that the entire service staff provides exceptional service to everyone. Had a tire leak and Tom and the service team found a nail too close to the side and was able to replace the tire with my tire hazzard warranty. A+++ all around. More
