Overall a pleasurable experience. I give the remaining staff a 4 star review, other than one particular person. I'm not stating any names as I will continue to take my car to lokey for ongoing servicing, but I'm sure the GM of this facility would not be happy with what I experienced as a 3rd party. The issue is not connected to my car buying experience, but it is an internal affair that needs to be addressed.
