Ok but could be better Chuck was not friendly when I arrived. Nor was he listening when he asked me what was wrong. I made an appt ahead of time so he knew the basics. But I Chuck was not friendly when I arrived. Nor was he listening when he asked me what was wrong. I made an appt ahead of time so he knew the basics. But I asked twice to replace my wiper blades since I could tell he wasnt paying attention. Sure enough, they weren't. Maybe he was having a bad day but I had to leave work early to take it in so they could check my a/c & noisey belt. His attitude didn't help. They didn't tell me when I called, it would cost $95 for estimate on a/c so I said forget it. Only good thing was I didn't have to pay for oil change. I've been coming here for years & I will tell you when I come back, I will make sure I don't get Chuck. More
