I recently scheduled a recall maintenance online as I was notified by email of the recall. The appointment was made online. When I pulled into the service bay I waited over 5 minutes, and no runner came to m notified by email of the recall. The appointment was made online. When I pulled into the service bay I waited over 5 minutes, and no runner came to my door to check me in (not the norm at all). I walked into the advisor bay and was ignored by 4 employees. I spoke up 2x, once to the person closest who said he would be me in a few minutes but then walked away and never came back. The other person acknowledged me after got his attention (the other 3 staff were just looking down at their computers with no customer in front of them). I told him I was there for a appointment to address a recall on my 2015 Altima. Charles "Chuck" Schnitker looked up my account and immediately barked back that there is no recall on my car. I showed him my email and the appointment confirmation in my email. He said if I had just called in to make the appointment they would have told me not to come in. No apologies for not making this known online or at the moment. Just rather annoyed disposition on Chuck's part. Chuck seemed rather annoyed that I was bothered that I was there for no reason and not notified prior to my taking the day to show for the appointment. I was also contacted by an internet sales rep who wanted to buy my car back from me. She was to meet me in the maintenance bay. I called her and let her know I was in the maintenance bay. She said she would be down in a few minutes but she never came to see me nor did she ever call again. That was November 21st. Still no contact from her and when she answered the phone on several contacts, she never said her name nor the name of the dealership upon greeting. All of this is highly unusual for my visits here multiple times since purchasing my first car there in 2012. This however leaves me little desire to ever return to Lokey for maintenance/service nor to deal with unprofessional staff that don't identify themselves on answering calls or have no customer service skill in managing unmet expectations. More

I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic on an engine part that was making a creaking noise. My car has custom suspension and a few other aftermarket parts. Well, about an hour passes by and I'm told they would not be able to look at it because my car is too low. I asked "Well if my car is too low then how do you always change the oil in it?" I was told they would use blocks but I've never had this problem before because I can raise my car up higher. It's on air suspension. I was then told well it's not gonna be covered under warranty. But I wasn't asking for it to be. Told them they are wasting my time and he agreed and said yeah let's get you on your way. REALLY!? I bought 2 new cars from here. This is the second time I've had a problem with this service department. You'll never get another cent from me. More
