Worst dealership to bring a vehicle in for service Got an oil change & tech forgot to replace the oil cap on my motor. Had to bring it back 4 different times for the same problem. No communication for over 1 week with my vehicle still at the dealership for the 4th time. Then was charged for repairs. Later charges were removed & repairs covered under extended warranty. Very poor quality of service. Never bringing my vehicle there EVER again. More

I would like to know how my rear brakes are so worn they are already digging into the rotors at 27,000 miles and no one notices? More
