Most caring personnel I've ever encountered I've been taking my vehicles to Lokey for the last 19yrs and I've Never had a bad experience. Their service advisors are the best, most complete and the absolute most endearing gentlemen Its ever been my pleasure to have known! Kevin Massey and Chuck Schnitker are the two most incredible guys I've ever dealt with. They have Always taken awesome care of my family's vehicles and I have bought Four from them now including my son's new Rogue which he is enamored with. The best part though is that he goes to school in South Florida and only gets home for very short breaks between School and his Job but Kevin and Chuck get him in for service in a pinch whenever he's in town and is due! I will Never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle and he also learned a lesson by taking his car to the Nissan dealer in Lakeland ONCE when he only had One day home and ended up having to take one of Our cars back to school so I was able to take his Rogue to Lokey to Correct what Jenkins Nissan destroyed!!! So, my son said no matter Where he ends up living he will always come back to purchase a new vehicle from Lokey Nissan and will have his car serviced there as long as Kevin and Chuck remain as will we!! I always have my vehicle serviced at Lokey and had not had an issue until the vehicle went just passed 84,000 miles. The transmission was shuttering and I was concerned that I would be out of pocket for a new Transmission. Kevin and the Lokey Nissan Service team were able to diagnose and repair the transmission with no cost to me. That was the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. I am now planning to buy two more Nissan vehicles from the Lokey Automotive Group. More
