great service!!! Every time I go in there, Kevin immediately takes great care of me. The past experience my car was brought in by road side assistance. Kevin called me when it was ready and sent the shuttle to my home to pick me up. When he saw i was on crutches he rushed to the door to assist me and then made sure the car was pulled up to the door so it would be easier for me. Always goes above and beyond!!! More

A very comfortable visit. Beyond the convenient location and the free snack bar, it is a pleasant visit. The entire staff makes you feel at home. Great Service I brought my Nissan Pathfinder in for a possible transmission issue. They told me it cost a diagnostic fee unless an issue was found and then it would I brought my Nissan Pathfinder in for a possible transmission issue. They told me it cost a diagnostic fee unless an issue was found and then it would be my warranty deductible. The next day they confirmed it was a warranty covered repair and got me in a loaner which was an equivalent vehicle in great shape. They finished the work quickly for the work that was needed, kept me updated, and when it was done charged what they said. Very happy with the service and my experience. More

Five years of fantastic service I purchased my car new at Lokey Nissan along the way there were three accidents I was rear-ended in hate when people text LOL. The Body Shop is fantastic the sales department is terrific but the reason I keep coming back is Anthony in service. He's honest and not only tells me what I need but what I don't need. He tells me of upcoming things I will need to do to my car so that I'm prepared. And always gives 100%. I love this company and I'll continue to buy cars for the rest of my life from them. More
