Service I was on my way home from work at 5:30pm on a Friday when my dash lit up with errors. I drove right to the dealership to see if they could look at it. I was directed to Antonio DeLima who was awesome. Not only was he able to get me in to see what was going on, but he was able to get the repair done with an oil change. I was very impressed with his service level. I’m sure this can’t happen for everyone everyday, but I was happy they could do it for me. What was really impressive was How Antonio handled everything. I could tell this kind of service is just part of who he is and what he does. Most people find ways to say no, but Antonio and the tech who worked on my car found a way to say yes. Considering it was late on a Friday, they could have easily said someone would try to get to it tomorrow, Which is what was to be expected. I have taken my car here for service for the last 3 years. Service has always been good, but this time they went above and beyond. More
