Worst experience ever! Liars! Sorry this is long, but that’s how much they wasted my time and energy!!! I’d give ZERO stars if I could. We live over an hour away from Lokey. Bu Sorry this is long, but that’s how much they wasted my time and energy!!! I’d give ZERO stars if I could. We live over an hour away from Lokey. But looking at their prices we decided to head out and take a look. We were only needing a second used car as we just purchased a new SUV. After checking the inventory my husband found a 2009 Mercedes C350 with only 38,000 miles. He fell in love and that was it. The process in the beginning was good and we were told “welcome to the Lokey family”. THIS IS A HORRIBLE FAMILY! When we purchased the car we told them we only want suncoast federal credit union to run our credit as we have PERFECT credit and know their rates are what we want. To date we have gotten 3 other companies sending us information because even after telling them they still decided to shotgun our credit. DISGRACEFUL! We have purchased many other cars and asked this of them and they did what we asked. No lying. After we got the car home we found it has an error message on the dash. Saying “AutoLamp function inoperable” by doing some research online we realized it’s exactly what it says, the lights stay on all the time and can not distinguish between night and day. We called the dealership asking for this to be addressed, considering we just purchased the car and it supposedly already went though a thorough check (clearly this was missed). But when my husband called we got the receptionist multiple times and voicemail boxes. Finally I called back demanded some answers. We contacted them via text, calls and emails NOTHING! She stated my husband already spoke to someone but that was a blatant lie and I told her that. She went silent. Finally she got me on the phone with the sales manager SCOTT. He said oh that seems like an easy fix, bring it in. I drove the hour to be told, we don’t think we can fix this Mercedes are very particular. Of course I know this but your manager said “that would be easy” so I waited around for over an hour to be told nothing can be done. SCOTT came over to me and said to take it to a Mercedes dealership and we will take care of it because we want to make it right...YEAH RIGHT, drove an hour back home. Went to Mercedes..30 minutes from my house, sat for 45 minutes. They told me what was wrong as I already knew and said “Lokey said they were not covering the cost” much to my surprise considering they stated they would make it right. I called SCOTT at the dealership and he said, “I told you we needed to diagnose first, and considering it’s not a safety concern Lokey will stand by it’s sold as is and will not cover the cost”. Mind you he never said “we need to diagnose to determine if we will fix it” he said “we will make it right”. Now I am no car expert not like SCOTT who works with cars but CLEARLY it was never a safety concern. He wasted over 6 hours of my time for something they could have told me originally. After highly explaining my disappointment on the phone I hung up. He tried to call back a few minutes later which I ignored. He called my husband and then proceeded to lie to him stating I was wrong and I misunderstood. SHAMEFUL! He FINALLY agreed to order the part and fix the issue. He said “I’ll call back in 30 minutes to get time scheduled” it’s been weeks and nothing! We didn’t even follow up because it’s exhausting dealing with LIARS! We were promised a second key as well and FINALLY weeks later after yet another follow up they finally said “oh yeah” let’s get that ordered. I WILL NEVER TRUST THE LOKEY “FAMILY” AGAIN! More

Kyle and Eric are great with their customers. Kyle and Eric really know how to help the customers.
