Best season! Too many cars for service at end of year. The service adviser did not pay much attention to this service. I ought to constantly called to find out what was happening. My car had been kept for 3 day for a 70000 mile regular check. Plus to wait for a week fothe gas’s tant dectator parts as replacement . When I came to pick up my SUV, the Service Advisor was absent and no advance warning was given. Some other advisor came to rescue volunterily ! I have decided to switch to another Service advisor.
