Two cars in 11 months! This was my second car I have purchased from this dealership this year. I live by Inverness Fl. and I drive 57 miles to do business with Lokey VW and This was my second car I have purchased from this dealership this year. I live by Inverness Fl. and I drive 57 miles to do business with Lokey VW and will again for Sales and for my future service requirements. At least you get something in return for the dealer doc fee instead of the excuse that it "covers the cost of them doing the paperwork and prepping the car for the lot". Lokey gives you Free Lifetime Oil Changes and your talking about synth. oil that isn't cheap! It also helps to have a great Sales Team and more important great Sales Managers that truly want to help you and I was in the business for over 40 yrs. So that says a lot about this store and the way it's managed! Thanks Geneva and Rob! Another stress free (as much as it could be!) car buying experience! More

Absolutely Terrible This was the worst experience in my car buying history. I had no issue buying the car but ran into problems when I wanted to cancel a few packages I h This was the worst experience in my car buying history. I had no issue buying the car but ran into problems when I wanted to cancel a few packages I had bought. The dealership wouldn’t cooperate on their own and never turned the forms in on time. I eventually got rid of the car and couldn’t complete that new contract without Lokey’s cooperation. They still refused to help me. I ended up having to get a VW corproate case manager involved and they still have her issues. What should have taken 6 weeks to finish ended up taking over 11 weeks to get resolved. Don’t waste your time here More
