60000 mile service done well Brian did a good job getting me in, breaking down the price of oil, transmission, air filters, multipoint inspection, tire rotation service. Six hours Brian did a good job getting me in, breaking down the price of oil, transmission, air filters, multipoint inspection, tire rotation service. Six hours later, he called me inform car was ready. The shuttle picked me up timely. Car was washed and felt really smooth and drove like new after the service. Highly recommend. More

Traded 2016 Golf for 2019 Jetta Received a phone call from Anthony De Loma from Lockey VW asking me if I would consider getting a new car. After a few back and forth phone calls, he Received a phone call from Anthony De Loma from Lockey VW asking me if I would consider getting a new car. After a few back and forth phone calls, he invited me to see the new models. We made an appointment and I was shown several opportunities and trials. This salesman was very well informed and answered all my questions with courtesy and poise. After several hours, I made the decision togive up a Gold and go with a Jetta. I was offered a choice of colors and the one I chose was immediately offered. I then proceeded to the finance dept. where I was met with a pleasant and experienced accountant. The stress of buying was minimized by knowledge, courtesy and well mannered Lokey's agent.. The whole experience was exhausting, rewarding, and happy. More
