Horrible I went in for a diagnostic but they didn’t find out what the problem was. They said it was my intake and it needed cleaning so I went with it. A few days later my check engine light came back on and they said it was something else. Upon a second opinion from a small shop it turns out it was a bad fuel injector. I will never go back to this dealership for service ever again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. They don’t know what they’re doing. Antonio in service didn’t even offer any kind of incentive to come back. I got screwed out of 400$ for something I didn’t really need. More

Red carpet oil change Setting up my appointment couldn't have been easier. I was called out of the blue to remind me that the service was due. It had completely slipped my Setting up my appointment couldn't have been easier. I was called out of the blue to remind me that the service was due. It had completely slipped my mind, I'm grateful for the reminder. I show up for the appointment, I'm greeted by a young man who shows me in, where doughnuts and coffee help the morning pass. He proceeds to cover the front seat to assure it stays clean and my car is whisked away. Within forty minutes, my car is drained and filled with VW spec synthetic oil and factory filter, washed and delivered to the front. Excellent service all around. More
