8 hours to do 30,000 mile maintenance. Didn’t call me when it was done. The 2 warranty items that had to be done were not. 1 had to have a part ordered and I to do 30,000 mile maintenance. The high price paid for service should come with outstanding customer service. They probably had 2 hours of work to do. I had an appointment time of 10:30 am and picked the car up at 6:30pm. My tires needed air 2 days later. If I could score it lower I would. I do not recommend purchasing or servicing at Lokey. More
