In an industry where you fear being taken advantage of, it's a breath of fresh air to know Alessio is there! My wife and I visited another Volkwagen dealership before Lokey, and suffered your stereotypical it's a breath of fresh air to know Alessio is there! My wife and I visited another Volkwagen dealership before Lokey, and suffered your stereotypical car salesman experience. We left in disappointment and then decided to try Lokey. We were greeted by Alessio right away and he listened to our wishes and concerns. He wasted no time and showed us two vehicles right away. We ended up purchasing an Atlas due to his amazing customer service! I can't say enough how listening to your customer makes all the difference! I purchased Taos last year from Lokey. Brought it in last week for a slow leak in the tire. They serviced for an unnecessary oil change when I asked about the tire leak that said oh. My son and grandchildren were in the car on a the highway when the tire light came back on and he felt something. He got off and went to Tire Kingdom. The guy said the patchwork was so bad it was fortunate my son and his family didn’t wreck. This dealership is not about their customers. Greed is all they know I have been going there for over six years , my family purchased two cars from them last year. I would never recommend this dealership. More

Sure, free oil changes for life is a benefit, but a team of professionals from the General Manager to the trusted mechanics (Alex!) gives my family and I reassurance and has built and maintained our trust for two decades. I’m pleased with my car purchase experience at Lokey Volkswagen especially since I was able to find my cute blue Beetle there. This was my first independent car purchase apart from a parent and my late Volkswagen especially since I was able to find my cute blue Beetle there. This was my first independent car purchase apart from a parent and my late spouse and I am glad to say the whole process went well. I am appreciative of my sales person Liz and the sales manager for their patient and willing cooperation in negotiations. Taylor handled the contract document process with seamless organization and communication. The only minor hiccup with car was discovered when Liz and I couldn’t pair my phone on the infotainment touch screen and she assured me that the Lokey team would take care of that problem. That problem is in the process of repair and I hope it will be successfully completed in the next few days. I want to give a special shout out to Matt in the parts department for his excellent help and clarifying communication in the repair process - excellent, accurate, and courteous! Thank you! More
