Clear cut (best deal) quotes ... even 'investment' saving suggestions down selling me rather than the typical upsell. Geneva made a point to introduce me to different VW team key members - kind of welcoming me to the family - well, I already owned a Passat for the last 4 years and liked it so much that I came back 'for more' :-) A dealership and team where you feel customer care and satisfaction comes above the sale itself ... and that is probably the best way to actually close a deal. Since the Atlas is a new model, Geneva Carr (our sal I went into the dealership looking for a great deal of information and comparison to like models. Since the Atlas is a new model, Geneva Carr (our sales person) and Rob, the Sales Manager took amazing time and effort to answer every question!. They made the process easy and painless and never made me feel pressured to buy. It was a great eduational experience and everyone at Lokey VW was awesome (including the Finance Manager!
