We dealt with Howard and he was great to work with. The only bad thing I can say and it is not about Howard at all, is when they went to detail the car, they didn't detail it. they didn't clean the paint off the windows and they didn't get the mold from around the door handles. I feel since it was so late at night, it was just a fast wash and go. I wish I could remember the lady I finance that helped us, but she was the best to work with. Very fast and very funny and made it a pleasure to work with. More
