I purchased my car in October and had to bring it in a couple weeks later for a sensor on the left turn signal. Mechanic said there was nothing wrong. Had to bring it back in last week to find that there couple weeks later for a sensor on the left turn signal. Mechanic said there was nothing wrong. Had to bring it back in last week to find that there was indeed a problem. I was told roof racks would be ordered for me and they would call when they were in...never had a call I had to call them. Got a loaner car that smelled so badly of smoke. Brought it back in to have work done and there was no appointment for me when I spoke to someone the day before and I just happened to get lucky on someone not needing their loaner so I could get back to work. Communication is definitely not a strong factor. More

for the same problem and same symptoms went twice to delearship. First time my car was there from Jan.23rd to February 17, but on invoice it was indicated .only 2 weeks. I was told dealership is too busy and that I have to bring my car in a week and leave it there again. You can call 10 times, nobody ever answer call in the service and at first visit I was advised by manager to go to different dealership, because no mechanic wants to fix my car (why??). Indeed, mechanic denied to work on my car, just because I asked him if he is a good mechanic ( he was new, I saw him there first time. He came from Kuhn). Thats why my car had to wait there until my mechanic would come. It was dangerous to drive like that. I paid second time as well for the same problem with the same symptoms. I asked about warranty and got negative answer. Brian said this time they know what the problem is. There is no way in the world manager to answer my call or call back.To get Brian on the phone, I have to call at least 4 times and luckily some other manager will find him to call me. By the way, on Feb. 17th I got car back thanks to scheduling manager. She found out, that my car is there for already 20 days and interfered, otherwise my car would stay there longer. Kayle is only interested in financial success and customer is the last case. When he found out that Brian rented car for me ( I insisted, because I had to drive to work), Kyle was furious, that department will pay for rent. At the end, everything worked out. Clearly they included rental money in my invoice in a hidden way. Service manager saw me second second time and he didnt ask, why I am here in such a short time . When I asked him if he has a min for me, he said he is very busy, but he will make me favor. I could say more, but enough. 4 star for quality of work for the second time. In all this automechanic Mark was the best as always. He always wirk on my car in a spite of others turn me down. At least this is what Kyle told me and this is why he adviced me to try different dealership. More
