Lokey Volkswagen - Service Center

I had a oil change and tire rotation at 8:45 in the morning and didn't get out of the shop until after 12pm. And then when I left that afternoon and got home my rear left tire that was rotated from the morning and didn't get out of the shop until after 12pm. And then when I left that afternoon and got home my rear left tire that was rotated from the front to the back showed signs of leaking and was halfway flat. As soon as I got in the car on the lot to drive it away the low tire pressure light was on. I didn't come on when I was in the car it was already on when I got in the car and hand it over the keys. These two things have upset me. I scheduled the oil change early because I had something to do with my family at 11. And then ended up with a flat tire that was fine before I brought it in. More
