Loaner car had to be towed I dropped off my car to get the timing belt changed and I was given a loaner car. I drove to work (10am) and when I went to leave work (5pm) one of th I dropped off my car to get the timing belt changed and I was given a loaner car. I drove to work (10am) and when I went to leave work (5pm) one of the tires was completely flat and there was no spare tire in the trunk. I had to get a tow truck to bring the loaner back to the dealership (my car was already ready) and then by the time I got to the dealership it was almost 8pm. I understand that the tire going flat was most likely out of anyone’s control but I would have saved sooo much time if I would have had a spare tire. More

First class operation I drive past at least one other VW store for first class and personal service I have come to expect from Antonio and Kyle. The people that work at the dealership seem decent, but your policies and procedures suck!!! A key for a car should not cost the consumer $350.00 I can’t even imagine if I were on vacation and lost the key to my car...what a nightmare!! More

The young man was doing what he should do and gets yelled at in front of customers . The person who should be yelled at is the supervisor for not wanting to do a good job on my car. If you want to do a bad job then dont wash cars. This car was one week old and was very expensive. Service department great job. More
