Disappointed Very bad service. Went in to get oil change and tire rotation the first time and they tried to sell us a tire because they said a nail was in the side Very bad service. Went in to get oil change and tire rotation the first time and they tried to sell us a tire because they said a nail was in the side of the tire and couldn’t be repaired. Took the car somewhere else and they patched up the tire with no problem. Lokey would not do the tire rotation because we wouldn’t let them replace the tire. Also asked them to wash the car and they didn’t. Brought back the car a second time for a tire rotation and a problem with the radio. Once again, they neglected to rotate the tires and also didn’t wash the car again after asking them to. Left a message with the manager on August 29th and never received a call back. Very disappointed because we have purchased two brand new cars here and have not had any problems with the service in the past. More

Newly purchased pre-owned vehicle issue We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and noticed excessive steering wheel shake on the drive back to Sarasota. We called the dealership and they We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and noticed excessive steering wheel shake on the drive back to Sarasota. We called the dealership and they scheduled a service appointment for that Saturday at 9:30am. We drove the hour back to Clearwater and did not get the vehicle back until 3pm. We were told it would be filled with gas for our inconvenience but it was not. There was grease all over the driver side door handle when we picked up the vehicle. More

Daughter's car, and very disappointef This was my daughter's car, I go out the next morning and have brand new oil running down my driveway. Thought it might be residual left over. I moved it out in the street for the day while doing yard work, another puddle. Jack the car up and take a look, drain plug was finger loose. All I can say is poor workmanship. I have done a lot of business with the Lokey dealerships. I bought a truck from Lokey Subaru this year. My daughter drove to Tampa that night and if that plug had fallen out, Lokey would be replacing the motor in that 2016 Jetta. Very disappointed. More
