Battery Died Within Warranty Period Lokey made it painless & convenient when my battery died about 31 days short of my 3-year warranty's termination. Only drawback was tow truck running a couple hours later than forecasted due to an accident, but I was at home, so not the dilemma it could have been. Tow truck driver was courteous, knowledgeable, conscientious & efficient. Lokey service called to let me know they tested the started, alternator & battery, & confirmed that the battery had indeed died & that they would replace it at no cost to me. When my sister took me to Lokey to pick up my car, the guys at the "pick up desk" were fast, friendly & helpful. I really appreciate everyone's help & goodwill, as well as the extended warranty covering the dead battery. All in all, a pleasant experience. Thank you! Dusty More

Great, timely customer service Brian is always super helpful when I bring my car in for service. This time my car was leaking fuel, so it was a pretty stressful situation. He and Jo Brian is always super helpful when I bring my car in for service. This time my car was leaking fuel, so it was a pretty stressful situation. He and Joe set me up with a loaner car until they were able to make a diagnosis and fix the issue. Lokey has outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them. More

Good service but high labor rates Great and timely service but a bit ridiculous on the labor rates. I currently work at the largest Yamaha dealer in the world and we charge less for labor on $100,000 twin engine supercharged jet boats. Considering the amount of people that exclusively use their service center for their vehicles the fact it’s $130 for an hour of labor is a little over the top. More
