Exceptional Service I had the wonderful experience of buying my Ford Extended Service Plan from Emma at Lombard Ford. Even though I live in Washington State, it was as if I had the wonderful experience of buying my Ford Extended Service Plan from Emma at Lombard Ford. Even though I live in Washington State, it was as if I were in Emma's office every time I contacted her. In fact, one time I left her an email message on Saturday, as I was trying to decide if I was going to purchase a policy or not, and what particular policy fit my needs, and Emma replied within 30 minutes. She works all the time. With Emma's help and information I decided to purchase an ESP. I chose the plan without the least bit of pressure. Emma only provided the information I needed to make the decision. I really appreciate not having the hard sales I was getting from another dealer and the final cost after the discount I was given. I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from Lombard Ford. I believe one great person can spread throughout an organization. More

Finally found a good dealership When buying this truck I visited several Ford dealers. There are some real clowns out there. Then a retired stock broker who quit half way through making our deal and no one else at the dealership could pick up where he left off. Then there were the guys who just wanted to sell off their lot. I was looking for a XLT and one guy quoted me an XL because that's what he had in the color I wanted. Others, when told what I was looking for, would waste an hour of my time looking on the internet for one with no luck. "Nope, nothing like that out there". I met with Mark Jones and in a matter of 10 minutes he found 2 trucks that were what I was looking for. He was able to answer all my questions. It was a very good, comfortable, buying experience. More
