I brought my car to be serviced and to get new snow tires on (11/2020). Polly was very friendly and attentive along with the rest of the Service Department. I especially liked that the service manager was at on (11/2020). Polly was very friendly and attentive along with the rest of the Service Department. I especially liked that the service manager was attentive and working as hard as the others. In past, times/years- I have wondered why a service manager was needed as they were always sitting. We were very disappointed in the service this time. I brought my car in because it was making a strange noise on Thursday it was my water pump. They didn’t have the part. And were going to call me back F brought my car in because it was making a strange noise on Thursday it was my water pump. They didn’t have the part. And were going to call me back Friday ,no call so I call them to see what was happening. They were suppose to get back to me Monday. No call so I call again. This time they say they will contact me Wed. Again no call finally o Friday they call w the news that my car won’t be ready until Monday. Very unprofessional. Especially when my husband had to fight to get me a loaner in the beginning. Maybe looking to switch to the Torrington Ford for service from now on. Unfortunately Rob was who I dealt w but after Thursday no longer works for them. More

WOW, what a tremendous transaction this was, mainly due to Emma Allen and her extended warranty product line she represents. I was coming to a close on my Ford ESP 100,000 mile warranty and she seamlessly to Emma Allen and her extended warranty product line she represents. I was coming to a close on my Ford ESP 100,000 mile warranty and she seamlessly kept me covered until I replace with another Ford truck! Unlike most service these days, Emma was easy to converse with, was clear and accurate, knew her "stuff," was supportive and understanding of my needs, and....get ready for this.....she FOLLOWED THROUGH with phone calls, arrangements, and processing! Would strongly recommend and I'll go back to her when the need arises with my next vehicle! More
