Above & Beyond! I brought my vehicle in for a non-working A/C. Steve took the initiative to determine if the warranty would cover the repair expense, advising me lat I brought my vehicle in for a non-working A/C. Steve took the initiative to determine if the warranty would cover the repair expense, advising me later when I called in for an update. As it turned out, the A/C had been damaged due to a prior accident (repaired by others) and again, Steve took the initiative to speak with my insurance company and (prior) repair company to facilitate the repair at no cost to me. Usually, as a consumer, you have to "poke and prod" a company to take action on your behalf. I am happy to report that Steve employed that old-fashioned standard of "customer first". A rare commodity that , now-a-days, sets the bar high. Many thanks!! More

Wonderful Experience! Found Lombard Ford online while last minute looking for convertibles before ordering one simply because I was told I couldn't find what I wanted. Lombard was awesome. They assisted me in the entire experience and helped with the many questions that I had, especially buying from out of state. They recommended carriers if I needed for transport and overnighted me documents with very clear instructions. They've been in constant contact with me and been patient while I've learned the experience of buying a car out of state when they sell cars out of state all the time. I would definitely recommend them for purchasing cars based on their service as well as their knowledge and being informative and honest along the way. When you buy a car 1500+ miles away, its nice to know that they understand but also know what they are doing. Thanks for being awesome!! More
