Extended warranty and maintenance plans for my for focus. I wanted to get an extended warranty, however the cost was more than I could afford. So I looked into it online. I have to say this experience was one of the best dealing with an awesome service. Kudos for Emma. She and I went back and forth for about 80 emails and she was on top of it all the way. She gave me all the info I needed. Her responses were fast with in minutes. Most important at the end I am happy with the service, warranty and maintenance I purchased. The prices are amazing and they give you the opportunity to pay in installments free of interest. I will do it all over again when if needed. More

Consistent, informed, no-pressure contact from both Barbara Dew (Web contact) to our salesman, Stephen Weir, we can not think of one, single, thing they could have done better. We seriously considered, test drove, and spoke with salespeople at another dealer and a few online dealers as we started looking for a replacement vehicle. Our parameters were 2014 and newer, less than 25,000 miles and a mid-size SUV. Barbara and Steve were the only two individuals who respected and worked within our parameters and offered several vehicles to test drive over a two week period. Emails and phone calls kept us informed of other vehicles we might consider, but never was there a tone of any pressure at all to close a deal.
