We recently had an appointment for just an oil change and our first servicing of our 2013 F150. We were greeted with a courteous receptionist and the serviceman did his thing. Well on our first visit for Service, almost no vehicle to drive while we were waiting ( we were not only having oil change, also putting remote start on ) We had notified Accessory Dept. that we would need vehicle to drive. Service had no record of that. After paying several hundred dollars, had to go find our car, no one offered to show us how to use our new remote start, and car was not washed. One must have to spend more that we did to get the advertised Complimentary Car Wash with any Service. May or may not give them a chance with our second advertised oil change, we will see. More

I had talked to Darin Lee Tuesday night about needing a car that is good on gas mileage, and something in my price range. Within two days, he was able to fine me a good car, test drove it for me and then car that is good on gas mileage, and something in my price range. The overall experience with Darin was relaxed and he listened to my needs when looking for a truck. He wasn't a high pressure salesman and I greatly appreciated that fact.
