Long McArthur is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with, across all automotive brands. Tim Bartz, Sarah Davis, and Darrin Smith are all an asset to the Ford brand that need to be emulated at o worked with, across all automotive brands. Tim Bartz, Sarah Davis, and Darrin Smith are all an asset to the Ford brand that need to be emulated at other dealerships. Their passion and commitment to customer service is apparent in every interaction. The entire process from order submission to post-delivery followup was smooth, well communicated, and clear. I was an out of state buyer, but this was not a problem, as Long McArthur was happy to pick me up from the airport in Wichita. Finance office was quick and I was in and out within about an hour. More

This was the first time buying a vehicle without test driving it. Just from a picture. Darrin was so helpful. He had all the answers to all my many questions.
