We are so pleased with the personal service we received from Derek and Darin in purchasing our 2010 Ford Explorer from Long McArthur. Our experience was somewhat awkward. I told her we wanted to double check the finances before we agreed to the vehicle and she kept on saying " we will see you tommorrow", meaning to us that we had no choice. We had told them how much we could afford a month, and they did get the price below that amount, but had a big suprise of our down payment was double of what we had agreed upon when we came back in the next day. Although we appreciate the very hard work they did for us, we wish that the sales were not so pushy towards us. They worked hard, got us an interest rate lower than expected, and got us into a truck we wanted. More

This was my second experience with this dealer. I liked the staff, they were very friendly and professional. They make buying a car simple and easy. The only thing that I really wanted was to be able to negotiate the price a little and I was really given that opportunity, even when I asked what the bottom line dollar amount was on the car. But they also gave me a good deal on paint coating and an extended warranty, although, I really didn't want either, but they did not increase my payment too much. Overall, I would recommend them to others. More
