I told them I had Credit Union financing lined up. They assured me they could beat the interest rate. They ran my report through five or six banks, only to come back with a 3% higher rate offer. Buy a lot of used inventory from North East and Canada markets. UPDATE : I have been contacted three times now, being told they could offer me more money for the trades that they couldn’t before my posted. I have been asked to update my rating to at least a neutral rating. You have to admire a dealership that cares this much about their online reputations over their potential customers satisfaction. I sold one potential trade in for $3,500 more than their best offer. Another potential trade in was traded at another dealership for $800 more. I did update overall rating to 2-stars. If they call three more times. They may get a neutral three... we’ll see. I told the manager I was just HONESTLY reporting my experience. More

We came from out of town and had multiple COVID related procedures to follow but even then the process was quick and easy. The vehicle was not to their level of perfection when it was brought out but instead of just apologizing, they re-cleaned it AND added in a nice dinner for my wife and I as a sign of good faith. I cannot day enough about how great a car buying experience this was. Although we live 600 miles away, Long McArthur will still have every opportunity to earn my business again the next time we are buying a Ford or Lincoln product. We had a great experience with Long McArthur! We emailed in to inquire about a truck on their website and we received a quick response from Malory that answered all of our questions. On the way to the dealership, Mike Gadberry called to fill us in on their Covid-19 safety precautions and allowed us to text him the info needed for a test drive. When we arrived, the truck was sanitized and ready for us. He was very helpful and patient as we considered all of our options. We didn't feel pressured during any part of the process.
