The dealership was quick with the car registration process. They were friendly and helpful. My car arrives in good conditions. There are a few things that could be improved. I wished the financing process. They were friendly and helpful. My car arrives in good conditions. There are a few things that could be improved. I wished the financing were explained a little better (what downpayment is, any discounts, leasing options) since it is my first time purchasing a car. I also wished that things are a bit more confident. They told me there are these discounts for me. But when I give them the paperwork, I didn’t qualify because of my purchase method. Discounts weren’t a lot but I wished it was more clear that I can’t get it. More

Anthony Torres is a great assistant service manager! he was exceptionally great at Customer Service, communication and explanation of the repairs that were being performed on my 04 Tacoma TRD, it was a he was exceptionally great at Customer Service, communication and explanation of the repairs that were being performed on my 04 Tacoma TRD, it was a very challenging problem with the fuel system.
