Patty (Patricia) Gutierrez was a MVP. I first got into contact with Longo and the system assigned a sales person to me who wasn't super helpful or responsive -- left me an email saying th I first got into contact with Longo and the system assigned a sales person to me who wasn't super helpful or responsive -- left me an email saying there's a long waitlist and no more followups/replies -- HOWEVER, I heard Longo is the only dealership that does NOT do price markups so I gave it another try. I looked at the reviews and found Patty received so many good reviews so I contacted her directly. She showed me possibly available models, quotes, and put me on the waitlist (and collected deposit) RIGHT AWAY. I was amazed. And guess what. Althoguh the estimated wait time was said to be 3-6 months, I got my car in JUST 22 DAYS after I put in deposit. I went into dealer on the same day the car arrived, my car was cleaned, and Patty has all the paperwork ready waiting for me. The whole process took less than an hour. She even walked me through how to setup the car, apple carplay, etc. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. Big shoutout to Patty!! More
