Took my Prius in for a routine 15k maintenance, appointment time was 2:45pm, and service advisor said car ready at 7pm, so I chose the shuttle service home and planned to come back at night to pick appointment time was 2:45pm, and service advisor said car ready at 7pm, so I chose the shuttle service home and planned to come back at night to pick up my car. At 6:31 got a text saying it was ready, I called and found out the dealer closed at 7. So I had to rush back in heavy traffic and rain to get the car before they close. No one (service advisor, shuttle concierge, text portal) mentioned that they close at 7 and customers are expected to pick up car before they close on the same day. Very unprofessional. More
