Everything ran so smoothly throughout the entire process. But the best part of the experience was the integrity of the business. NO dealer markup!!! We have been looking for a new Highlander Hybrid for a while. Other dealerships were charging from $3,000 to $15,000 over MSRP. Longo Toyota is the only dealership in the area that does not take advantage of the difficult situation today. While we did have to wait several months for a car, Arina updated us frequently, and patiently answered all of our questions. When our car came in, she made sure that everything was in order before we arrived to pick it up. Even had a bow on the hood for our photos. She helped us set everything up before we left! Thank you Arina and Longo Toyota! More
