I usually had a great time with my maintenance service at Longo El Monte, until last Oct 22 was an exception. Not happy that I waited almost 5 hrs.! The service consultant booked me for a recall and maintena Longo El Monte, until last Oct 22 was an exception. Not happy that I waited almost 5 hrs.! The service consultant booked me for a recall and maintenance services, but later at the end was only informed that the recall part is not available. No advance info was given. The service then can only be completed in 1-2hrs! And that day is slow, yet I waited too long. Hope next time the service experience will be improved. More

My 2012 Camry came in on a flat-bed. I din't know what the problem was, but it wouldn't start. So Biagio took it from there.
