I didn’t like when I take the car for oil change sometimes they make me wait 3 hours but this Friday you make wait for 8 hours they tell me be steady at 12 I get out at 4:20 too much time you need i sometimes they make me wait 3 hours but this Friday you make wait for 8 hours they tell me be steady at 12 I get out at 4:20 too much time you need improve thr wait for take any cars I recommend that call the customer I will take. I purchased a used vehicle at Longo Toyota. I always dread having to deal with sales people, but my experience was hassle-free. They didn't try to talk me into extras, etc. In and out of there in under dread having to deal with sales people, but my experience was hassle-free. They didn't try to talk me into extras, etc. In and out of there in under 3 hours on a Saturday. I had to wait about 45-minutes to meet with the Finance Department as they were under-staffed at the time, but other than that, excellent customer service and the best dealership I've dealt with in my 35 years of car buying! I definitely recommend Longo! More
